FALL 2019 SEASON @ PONUS MIDDLE SCHOOL

Dear Community Member,
The Norwalk Community Soccer Club is a not for profit organization providing opportunities to learn and play the sport of soccer for all the children in the City of Norwalk.
RECREATIONAL SOCCER PROGRAM (Begins Monday, September 2nd, 2019) (10 weeks, weather permitting)
This program consists of one practice during the week and one game on Saturdays
The fees for the Fall Season are:
Returning Players: Group ‘A’ Fee $110.00, Group ‘B&C’ Fee $150.00. New Uniform Kits, if required, are $40.00
New Players: Group ‘A’, $150.00 and Group ‘B&C’, $190.00. This fee includes new uniform kits (two jerseys with logo and number, one pair of shorts, one pair of socks) and season end trophy.
Please fill out this registration form no later than August 28th or you can bring it to Flax Hill Park Thursday and Friday from 6:00 to 7:00 pm

GROUP "A" On Monday's from 6:00 - 7:30 pm 1st Practice Monday, September 1st
Group "B" On Wednesday's from 6:00 - 7:30 pm 1st Practice Wednesday, September 3rd
Group "C" On Friday's from 6:00 - 7:30 pm 1st Practice Friday, September 5th
Games are on Saturday's at 1:00 PM for Group "A", "B" and "C"
